These Terms of Service govern access to and use of InvoSeal, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for electronic invoicing operated by Susan Cabot SL (hereinafter "InvoSeal" or "the Provider"), a company registered in Spain with tax identification number B75682989, registered address at C/ Manacor 155 Esc. A, 07007 Palma de Mallorca, Spain.
InvoSeal enables businesses and self-employed professionals to issue, manage and store electronic invoices in compliance with Spanish Royal Decree 1007/2023 on invoicing computer systems, operating in Non-VeriFactu mode. The service is delivered via the web application at https://app.invoseal.es.
By accessing or using InvoSeal, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the service.
Use of InvoSeal requires creating a user account. Registration is subject to the following conditions:
Each company or professional may hold a single active account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity carried out under your account.
InvoSeal reserves the right to refuse or cancel registrations that do not meet the above requirements or that are inconsistent with these Terms.
InvoSeal offers a range of subscription plans. Current features, limits and prices are published at /precios (pricing page). All prices are in euros and include applicable VAT where required.
InvoSeal may update its pricing with at least 30 calendar days' notice. Price changes will not affect the billing period already in progress.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, at no additional cost.
You agree to use InvoSeal lawfully and in accordance with applicable regulations. The following are expressly prohibited:
InvoSeal may immediately suspend or terminate access for any user found to be in breach of these Terms, without prejudice to any legal action that may be appropriate.
InvoSeal targets a monthly service availability of 99.5%. Interruptions may occur due to scheduled maintenance, system updates, or circumstances beyond the Provider's control (force majeure, infrastructure provider failures, etc.).
The InvoSeal software, including its source code, design, interfaces, logos, text and all other content developed by the Provider, is the exclusive property of Susan Cabot SL or its licensors, and is protected by Spanish and international intellectual property law.
You retain full ownership of your invoicing data at all times — issued invoices, client records and any other information entered into the system. InvoSeal acquires no rights over that data beyond what is strictly necessary to provide the service.
Reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial exploitation of any element of the InvoSeal software or content is prohibited without the Provider's express written consent.
The processing of users' personal data is governed by InvoSeal's Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Please read it carefully before using the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Susan Cabot SL's total liability arising from your use of InvoSeal shall be limited to the total amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Susan Cabot SL may update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 15 calendar days' advance notice by email to the address registered in your account.
Your continued use of the service after the effective date of the changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may cancel your subscription before the effective date without penalty.
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from their interpretation or application, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Palma de Mallorca, waiving any other jurisdiction to which they might otherwise be entitled, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
