Hand your invoicing to your advisor (or the AEAT) in one click: InvoSeal exports
Between the 1st and the 20th of the month after each quarter, the same scene plays out in every Spanish gestoría: the "send me the quarter's invoices" email — answered with twenty loose PDFs, three duplicates and one missing. InvoSeal's AEAT Exports section exists to retire that scene.
What it generates, exactly
For the period you choose (quarter, month, year or free range):
- Issued-invoices record book: every invoice with number, date, recipient, tax ID, base, rate and VAT — the tabular format your advisor pours into forms 303/130.
- Received-invoices record book: your expenses with supplier, tax ID, bases and input VAT, linked to their supporting documents.
- The PDFs: all invoices of the period, consistently named and ordered.
- VeriFactu registration files: the technical files with the chained hash — what the AEAT may request in an audit, ready as-is.
All in standard formats (CSV/Excel + PDF + XML where due), in a ZIP with a fixed structure: the gestoría imports it with no rework.
The recommended quarterly routine
1. Day 1 of the month after the quarter: check no invoice sits in draft that should have been issued, and that the period's received invoices have their documents uploaded (the OCR does most of it). 2. Generate the full quarter's export. 3. Send it to your advisor — one file, once. If your gestoría has collaborator access, they can download it themselves and skip even that. 4. Keep your copy: the quarterly ZIP doubles as your ordered evidence archive.
Three details that prevent arguments with the advisor
- Clean period cut-offs: exports follow issue date (received invoices, registration date). An invoice issued on 1 October for September work belongs to Q4 in the books — don't "re-file" it by hand.
- Corrective invoices included: they appear in their period with their sign and the reference to the original. Never net them against the original invoice.
- Consistency with what's filed: if your advisor files the 303 from these books, the boxes match VeriFactu by construction. That automatic consistency is the best vaccine against enquiries there is.
For the meticulous
- Exports per series (useful with separate business lines).
- The full annual export in January: the year-end package for closing and archive.
- Does your gestoría use software with its own format? Tell us in a ticket — export formats grow from real requests.
The goal is simple: that the quarterly conversation with your advisor is about taxes, not about files. One click, one ZIP, one closed quarter.
